WHAT YOU'LL DO

Join our dynamic Spanish South America Recruiting Team as a Recruiting Intern, where you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition efforts. In this position, you will be immersed in all facets of recruitment, from initial candidate engagement to the final hiring stages. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Enhance Recruitment Processes: Actively participate in and enhance our talent acquisition activities by coordinating all recruiting processes and recruiting events.
  • Data and Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze database and KPIs to optimize recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain constant communication with candidates and manage satisfaction surveys to ensure a positive application experience.
  • System Management: Oversee and manage internal systems relevant to recruitment, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Communication Skills: You possess strong written and oral communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Human Resources Enthusiast: You are passionate about human resources and eager to learn more about the field of recruiting.
  • Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy ensure that nothing is missed in the recruitment process.
  • Positive and Collaborative: You bring a positive attitude to your work and excel in a team environment.
  • Technology-skilled: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential.
