Job Overview: Our client (SaaS company offering enterprise platform subscription) is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to manage our growing demand of inbound leads and service calls. This role will focus on qualifying leads, delivering product demos, and driving the sales process to completion. We are looking for someone with exceptional English skills, a proactive attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Technical knowledge is strong bonus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming leads and handle growing demand of inbound leads that are looking to purchase both platform and development services work calls effectively.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to potential customers.
• Drive the sales process from initiation to closure, ensuring all customer needs are met.
• Collaborate with the technical team when necessary to address customer queries.
• Engage in proactive outreach to Draftbit users who have not yet initiated contact.
• Maintain diligent follow-up and aggressively push deals forward.
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Excellent command of the English language.
• Knowledge in software development process or experience selling design or development services is a strong plus.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a capability to work independently.
• Technical knowledge in mobile or software development is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong sales skills, with the ability to adapt communication for technical and non-technical users.
• Diligent in follow-ups and driven to move deals to closure.
