Our Santiago office is looking for a Business Application Teams System Administrator to join our IS team. As an Business Application Teams System Administrator you will perform application administration functions, analysis, and programming, and identifies and responds to security and performance issues.

Key roles:

• Studies and documents specific business and system requirements; and plans, schedules, and coordinates efforts to install and upgrade various applications systems.
• Assist with special project work.
• Assist with upgrades, rollouts, transformations, and mergers.
• Troubleshoot at an application and systems level.
• Assist in maintaining application environments with correct versioning and patching.
• Work in a global support team that provides support in various time zones.
• Liaise with internal IS helpdesk, Global IS Teams and software vendors support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data and/or enterprise systems related field or solid experience in these areas.
• 5+ years' experience working as a Systems / Applications / ERP Administrator
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and enterprise data.
• Good understanding of traditional and latest data base concepts, and ability to lean new technologies quickly.
• Solid English communication skills – both in the technical and business functions. Ability to break down complex information and explain in an easy-to-understand manner.
