THE WORK

• Understand site goals, analyze metrics, and derive insights for user experience optimization and conversion rate improvement.
• Conduct A/B tests, utilize tools for user behavior analysis, and iterate site changes for performance enhancement.
• Select key metrics, create reports, and develop dashboards to communicate data effectively for decision-making.
• Implement and manage analytics tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and maintain security protocols throughout analytics processes.
• Stay updated on analytics trends, evaluate methodologies, and recommend process enhancements.
• Work with Product Strategists, integrate content management and campaign platforms, and optimize user engagement strategies.
  
  

NEEDED EXPERTISE

• Experience with platforms related to content management, inbound/outbound campaigns, and paid advertisement interfaces that are people-interfacing.
• Proficient in Google Tag Manager, analytics platforms like Gsuite Analytics and GA4, and search console for comprehensive data tracking and reporting.
• Demonstrated past and recent experience with WordPress, ensuring seamless integration of analytics tools and optimization of site performance.
• Ability to utilize heat mapping tools and conduct surveys for in-depth user behavior analysis and insights generation.
• Experience conducting surveys to gather user feedback and insights for site optimization and performance improvement.
• Experience with Lookr is a plus, enhancing the ability to generate advanced analytics and insights for decision-making.
• Proven track record of effectively reporting analytics insights and collaborating with the Head of Product to translate data into actionable recommendations for site optimization and performance enhancement.
