El/la Ingeniero de Preventa brinda soporte técnico de pre-venta para el diseño de soluciones por medio de la integración de productos de marcas reconocidas en el mundo TI, evaluando su implementación, operación y optimización. Además entregando, de modo consultivo, al personal de ventas y al cliente, las soluciones por medio de presentaciones y explicaciones que apunten a satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.
What You'll Be Doing
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
- Desarrollar las soluciones de arquitectura tecnológica de baja y mediana complejidad.
- Comprender los requisitos del cliente, recopilar datos, realizar análisis y resolución de problemas.
- Creación de informes, propuestas, presentaciones y otros documentos que se requiera para las soluciones.
- Revisa, verifica y mejora los diseños, bajo una base consultiva.
- Ayudar con la definición de diseños arquitectónicos para soluciones de baja complejidad.
- Apoyar en la gestión de iniciativas de prueba de concepto.
- Estudios profesionales en Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Conectividad y Redes o afines.
- 1 a 3 años máximo de experiencia en roles de preventa.
- Dominio intermedio del inglés (lectura y escritura).
- Certificación CCNA.
- Certificaciones asociadas a Networking, Ciberseguridad o Colaboración.
