Finance manager

A leading international company is looking for a Finance Manager, based in Santiago, to lead the financial strategy of a regional operation within Latin America.\nThis role acts as a key strategic business partner, driving decision-making, supporting business execution, and leading the transformation of the finance function towards a more agile, data-driven, and performance-oriented model. \nKey Responsibilities\nAct as a strategic business partner to commercial and operational teams.\nLead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.\nOversee financial reporting, accounting, and compliance with local and international standards.\nDeliver actionable insights to improve profitability and business performance.\nDrive finance transformation, process improvements, and digital initiatives.\nSupport commercial strategy through pricing, margin, and customer profitability analysis.\nLead and develop a high-performing finance team. \nParticipate in strategic projects and M&A integration efforts.\n Profile\nBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred). \n+8 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles (FP&A, Finance Head, or similar). \nExperience in multinational and matrix organizations. \nStrong knowledge of US GAAP, local GAAP, and internal control frameworks (SOX).\nProven track record in finance transformation and organizational change. \nStrong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership. \nExperience with ERP systems, BI tools (Power BI), and financial planning systems. \nFluent English required.
