We are searching for the best talent for Regional Commercial Operations Analyst – Colombia, Chile, Brazil.

Purpose: The Regional Commercial Operations & Portfolio Analyst supports portfolio lifecycle management and commercial operations across the region by providing data-driven insights, driving process improvements, and enabling strategic decision-making. This role partners with regional and local teams to optimize portfolio performance, support new product launches, improve inventory efficiency, and contribute to sustainable business growth.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Analyze portfolio performance and commercial data to generate insights that support strategic business decisions and profitable growth.
• Partner with Marketing, Commercial, and Cross-Functional teams to support product lifecycle management, new product launches, and sales funnel opportunities.
• Lead and support portfolio optimization initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce portfolio complexity, improve SKU management, and minimize excess inventory.
• Develop, implement, and promote tools, governance frameworks, and best practices that drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Monitor progress of portfolio optimization projects and provide updates through Portfolio Management Review meetings and other governance forums.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations to support regional and local business planning.
  
  

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analytics, commercial operations, portfolio management, sales operations, or related analytical roles.
• Experience driving process improvement initiatives and supporting the implementation of new processes and governance models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and process-driven mindset.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
