Business System Analyst

Candidate Profile

• Location: Currently based in Colombia or Chile (mandatory requirement)
• Experience: Hands-on professional background in business and systems analysis within the IT sector
• Languages: Fluency in English (spoken and written) for daily communication with international clients and teams. Spanish as a native or fluent language
• Technical Proficiency:
• Relational databases and SQL
• BPMN / UML notations and software development lifecycles (SDLC)
• OpenAPI specifications, REST APIs, and data modeling
• Jira and Confluence
• AI basic knowledge - Skills , Droids and Agents
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proactive communication, and excellent teamwork skills in a multi-cultural environment
  

Your Responsibilities

• Eliciting Requirements: Gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements from key clients across the Americas through workshops and meetings
• Documentation: Drafting clear, detailed analytical documentation, including User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional project teams (Developers, UX Designers, Product Owners, QA Engineers)
• Design & Review: Participating in UI/UX mockup acceptance processes, product demos, and client workshops
• Issue Analysis: Analyzing complex business process and technical requirements reported by clients to ensure smooth platform performance and delivery
